To enroll in Text Banking, simply log into Online Banking, and click "Go Mobile" on the toolbar. Select "Text Banking" and follow the instructions on the screen. During this process, you will be asked for the phone number you wish to use with Text Banking. We will send you a verification code to this number to complete your enrollment. After enrolling, text 46247 to instantly receive your account info as a text message right to your phone.
Mobile Banking Text Banking* Commands
- BAL: Get your current balance on up to three Quantum accounts !--
- BAL BIZ: Get your current balance on your Quantum account with the nickname you've assigned for your membership, in this case "BIZ" -->
- BAL 010: Get your current balance on your Quantum account with the indicated suffix, in this case "010" !--
- BAL BIZ 010: Get your current balance on your Quantum account with the nickname you've assigned for your membership, in this case "BIZ," and the specific account suffix, in this case "010" -->
- HELP: Provides help for text banking
- STOP: text "STOP" to 46247 to cancel or Opt Out
To enroll in Quantum’s Text Banking, you will first need to enroll in our Online Banking.
