Credit Card Disputes
To dispute a transaction through Online Banking:
Log in to Online Banking on a desktop or laptop computer
Click the link to your credit card, labeled "CC BIN# (CARD NUMBER)"
Click "Manage this card"
On the EZCardInfo transaction page, click the transaction you'd like to dispute
Click the "Dispute This Charge" link, and follow the instructions for the dispute process on screen
